風邪の本体は遠ざかりましたが、体調のバランスが崩れたらしくこんどは胃腸が唸っています　つまりお腹が痛い（めずらしい）

My cold is getting much better but there’s a kind of physical imbalance and something wrong with my stomach. Simply, stomachache.
