おはようございます。きのう、ちょっと重い荷物を動かすなど奮戦したのですが、あんの定朝から筋肉痛です。あと空がまぶしいです。

Good morning. Yesterday I physically worked hard moving heavy boxes a bit, then this morning I have sore muscles as expected. Lazy office worker! BTW, the sky is very bright. It will be a hot day.
