お盆にのんびり仕事モード（飽きたら寝る）に慣れてしまったので、通常仕事モードで3日くらい稼働しただけなのに大変に疲れています。つまり寝ています。

I got used to a relaxed work mode (sleeping when bored) during the O-Bon holidays. Now I am very tired, though I only worked in normal work mode for about three days. In other words, I am sleeping almost all day today.
