パソコンを入れ替えたので、いろいろなソフトウェアが最新版になっています。Google Chrome も最新版（124）にしたところ、google docs の入力でキャレット位置がずれる現象がでました。カッコなどを入力すると、そこからずれていってしまう･･･。

調べてみると、CSS text-spacing-trim プロパティが有効になったことによるものらしい。いずれ修正されると思いますが、いったんこちらのポストなどを参考にして、docs.google に text-spacing-trim:space-all;を上書き指定することで回避してみています。

As I replaced my MBP, all the software is now the latest version. And I found I have a problem using Google docs with Google Chrome (124). The caret position shifts after I input brackets.

This is due to the CSS text-spacing-trim property enabled on Google Chrome. This will be fixed soon, but as a temporary workaround I set text-spacing-trim:space-all; in docs.google.
